GutBrainA is operated by Mangawhai Natural Health, New Zealand.

We want you to understand exactly how your GutBrainA membership, payments, cancellations and refunds work before you subscribe.

Monthly Membership

The GutBrainA Monthly Membership is an automatically renewing subscription.

Your membership fee will be charged on the date you first subscribe and then approximately every month thereafter using the payment method provided at checkout.

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time.

When you cancel:

• No further monthly membership payments will be taken after the cancellation becomes effective.
• You will continue to have access to GutBrainA until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Your access will then end unless you choose to resubscribe.

Payments already made for the current billing period are generally non-refundable for change of mind or where you simply decide not to continue using the programme.

We recommend cancelling before your next scheduled payment if you do not wish your membership to renew.

Annual Membership

The GutBrainA Annual Membership provides access to GutBrainA for a 12-month membership period.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the Annual Membership automatically renews each year using the payment method provided at checkout.

You may cancel the automatic renewal of your Annual Membership at any time before your next renewal payment.

If you cancel:

• Your current annual membership will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• You will continue to have access to GutBrainA during that period.
• Your membership will not renew for another year once the current paid membership period ends.

Annual membership payments are generally non-refundable for change of mind or for unused portions of the membership period.

Digital Content

GutBrainA provides access to digital content including Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy recordings, educational materials, videos, exercises and other programme resources.

Once access to the programme has been provided, refunds will not normally be provided simply because you have changed your mind, have not used the programme, or have not completed the programme.

Results

GutBrainA is designed to support people experiencing IBS and digestive symptoms through Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy and related educational resources.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Purchasing or completing the GutBrainA programme does not guarantee a particular health or symptom outcome.

A lack of a particular individual result does not, by itself, mean that a refund will be provided.

Technical Problems

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where reasonably possible, resolve the problem.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable New Zealand consumer law where those rights cannot legally be excluded.

If GutBrainA does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under New Zealand law.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur.

Where there are exceptional circumstances, you are welcome to contact us at clare@clareseagrave.com. Any refund or credit offered outside your statutory rights will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership through the cancellation options available within your GutBrainA membership/account area.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be published on the GutBrainA website with its most recent revision date.

Changes will not remove consumer rights that apply under New Zealand law.
